We were so excited about the concept of the Mystery Box and bought it for my son’s birthday. When it finally arrived, it was exciting. That all said, it took almost 2 months to arrive and only started moving when I elevated the issue with PayPal. Twice my inquiries directly to the company portal went unanswered. I understand the tariffs imposed by Trump could have complicated things, but in that case communication would have been appreciated.
