Bad experience

I’m not one that ordinarily does bad reviews, but my experience was not great. I custom ordered 2 identical registers. What was supposed to be a standard 6 week turnaround turned in a multi month ordeal. ETA dates were repeatedly pushed back for various reasons. I was annoyed, but not upset. I was understanding about it. But on the day the registers arrived, I opened the package and saw that one register was correct while the other one was completely different. Like a completely different grill pattern. To me me, this company just stopped caring and sent me whatever. Customer service refunded me for the wrong register—which I appreciated. After waiting for months, getting the wrong order really made me angry and had wondered why I wasted my time.

I just finished having my kitchen remodeled and the finished touch was installing these beautiful Reggio registers. I’m delighted.

Register Review

The register is great, but the finish is already chipping off in places after only about a month or two of having it. We had wanted to upgrade from our previous register to something more durable, due to having an infant roaming through room. The metal part of the register seems up to the task, but we can see about 5% of the finish has already scratched or chipped off from the kiddo rolling over it in a stroller or similar contraption.
