Overall an excellent product. Great service from the seller. 1. Made from strong steel. 2. Lock works well, is durable and easy to use. 3. Perfect Size. 4. Only potential negative; feels somewhat hard to close, as if something was interfering with the closing.

Great little safe

I purchased this to keep my firearm secured for short terms, bolted to the frame of my vehicle. The size of the safe, ease of use of simplex lock, and provided anchor point for a padlock are perfect for this use. I would not recommend this for permanent method to keep secure from children or burglars in a home. The lock has ~1000 combinations, which can be compromised if given enough time to test.

I use this as car security when I’m not able to carry a firearm into a particular venue. The cable attachment area makes it easy to secure to a hard point in my car, and it’s easy to open and close quickly. Between the pistol safe and the cable attaching it to my car frame, it’s the safest place in my car for anything valuable. Great product.
