Sizing was horrible - maybe a factory error

It was way too big and I’m almost certain the size was incorrectly marked as medium. I ordered another dress in medium and it fit perfectly. This dress nearly fell off of me, it was that big. The pleating honestly make me look bigger than I actually am too.
