The idea and design were great, quality and packaging were good, and function for small dogs and cats was pretty acceptable. Large dogs? Not so good. The problem was conflicting information on the website, on the instructions inside the box and on the box itself. This patio pet door should not be used for dogs over 16” high at the shoulder. I take responsibility for not asking questions about confusing or conflicting information, but… more clarity upfront would have been useful.

I did not expect to get this Deluxe Aluminum & Patio Pet Door Flap Replacement Magnet. I replaced this magnet, and it worked. I wish they sell the Replacement COVER for the door flap too!
