Still waiting on my product almost two months after ordering and customer service was/has been very rude, unhelpful, and unconcerned. I made the mistake of having my order shipped to my new address a day too early and I’ve been paying for this mistake since 😭 they basically said we can’t find your package and we can’t help you until it hopefully returns to our facility. Then when it returned I had the option of paying more money to return it or paying a little less money to have it shipped back to me 🙃 I just wanted my face wash I’m tired
