It is works properly, the only think to improve in my opinion is the accuracy of the measurement of the voltage, it is a big range where it can be on or off.

Viofo HK4 Hardwire Kit is Great

This Viofo Type-C HK4 Hardwire Kit is all but perfect. The only thing that could be better is to have pre-istalled bullet connectors on the 2 power cables and the supplied fuse taps, which would mean anybody without the connectors and tools could install them straight out of the box. With that said I can't fault this kit as it comes with the 4 different types of fuse taps for you to choose the one that applies to your specific fuse box fuses. The power cable also runs through a small battery protection device that monitors your battery voltage and turns off the power supply to the cameras if your battery gets below a designated level. It has a switch with 4 voltage level settings you can choose by clicking the switch to your chosen level. This means even if you leave your car unstarted for an extended period of time it will still have power to start when you jump in to go somewhere. This kit has ample power lead length to go from the fuse box to your front camera via the rubber weather strip around the door and tucked in behind the edge of the roof liner. I strongly recommend you buy this kit to make full use of the parking modes that these Viofo cameras have. Cheers Andy 👍
