Hypnales Carpet Moss Lawn

Good moss, bad customer service.

Purchased 2 Square meters of carpet moss. The moss was in a good condition but did contain far more pine needles and debris than expected making my specfic use case difficult. Because of this I tired to get in touch for some advice via email, and then again WhatsApp due to no reply, I was ignored again after an initial reply where it's been over a week with no response again. Pretty frustrating experience and have since had trouble with the moss which could've been sidestepped with some help.
