Great quality—handled high winds and storms with zero issues!
I am incredibly impressed with the quality of this Y Series Lid. It does a fantastic job of staying close and locking down securely over the fire pit. We’ve already had some really windy days and severe storms, and I’ve had absolutely no issues with it coming loose or blowing off. It’s tough, reliable, and gives me total peace of mind that my pit is protected. Highly recommend!

Not as good as lids on the larger units, poor locking tabs
This is not the same quality lid as on the larger units I have purchased. There is an edge around the rim to hold it in place instead of tabs like on the larger models that is a bit sharp, you need to handle it carefully, and the twist tabs for locking the lid in place are poorly designed and never seem to lock on the first try. This would be an easy fix.
