Awful customer service

Ordered product at the start of march and did not arrive until the end of June, despite being told it would take 6 weeks. Emailed on multiple occasions and received no response. Eventually received an email saying it was due for dispatch in 4-6 days, weeks later still nothing. Emailed again got a response but weeks later then nothing. It eventually arrived. I've given two stars for the quality of the product which I was nervous about as many reviews say missing pieces after waiting all this time but ours was luckily good - but there is no reasonable explanation as to why it should take that long. I think I could teach myself to craft one from scratch in the time it took!

I offered it to my partner has a Christmas gift and they loved it! There was a crack on one of the parts and costumer support was just easy breezy and incredibly nice and a replacement part was sent super fast. My partner didn't know the product and already has a list now 😋
