Great product, terrible service

While I love the case, the customer service was awful and the wait times were ridiculous. It’s very frustrating knowing that the products are great but the time it takes to come is insane. That coupled with the terrible email response time makes it a frustrating experience.

Finally...

...I found the right product to keep my Kommandos safe from dust and elements. I like it, my wife likes it as my minis have a place now.
