The wig itself is pretty, but like my other RW wig, Mesmerized, it came frizzy and frayed at the ends. It also shed, which I'm certainly not used to. One of the velcro adjustments at the nape of neck was worn out so it seems to have gotten some prolific wear by someone. I paid around $300 for each wig, and it's rather sad that they ended up being a tangled mess of straw fibers. I have synthetic wigs, and they stay soft and silky for years with no issues. I even tried using heat (under 300°) and more shedding occurred. To be fair, this company is upfront about the wigs being "open box" but I didn't think that meant "used and abused". Or perhaps it's the RW name brand? It just took about a half a day for this one to become frizzy, frayed and start to shed. Will never purchase another one again.
