They sent the order pretty fast. Half of our lady bugs were dead on arrival. We'll see how the rest of the order works out. The worms were sent in a package with 2 ice packs that were hot to the touch. Overall, the price seems high for the number of live bugs we received. The idea of using bugs instead of poison to help my plants sounds amazing. This order just fell short.
