for what you charge there was to much fat on my steak. I thought you should supply your customers with a better quality of beef with less fat content. The rib eye was good but there was to much fat content for me.

Rib eye Perfection!!

Farmher Kate knows her stuff. Her bone in rib-eye steaks are absolutely incredible. At room temperature, we rubbed them with a coarse salt, garlic, rosemary and butter and cooked them on a cast iron pan. Wow!! Perfection!!
