Ceramic Nonstick Always Pan 26 cm

Maybe I'm doing something wrong

The pan is OK. It's pretty non-sticky, but a simple fried egg, with a bit of veg oil and the egg still sticks a bit. Not to the point that you can't get the egg out without destroying it, but it certainly doesn't slide around in the pan like a bar of wet soap. So jury's out for me. Could be better. Could be worse.

Okay but not great. The handle of the pan seems to heat up really quickly and gets muh hotter than the handles of our other pans. . . not loving it. In fact \im tempted to return it.

Excellent non-stick pan

I've used this pan for several months now, and it's still as non-stick as ever. I haven't tested it on high heat, as I haven't needed to.
