Lip balm melt down

Very disappointed. My lip balms arrived melted, misshapen and completely unusable. I’ve contacted customer service twice and haven’t received a single response. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. Ruby Hammer listened to my feedback and quickly provided replacements. I really appreciate their prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue. Thank you!

Not as good as I expected …

Very disappointed with both these lip balm sticks … firstly there is a rather unsavoury taste after application - puts me off using them. Also, they don’t stay on for long - I was expecting more from such a respected name in the business.
