These are worth every penny. Saves so much time by not having to tape everything. Forms are shaped so work pieces are easy to get out and clean up is a breeze!

12x24" Rectangle Mold

I've only used my mold twice, but I'm impressed with the quality and ease of use so far. The good: I used Famowood tabletop for a thin pour of coasters, then Ol' Loggin for a ~2.25 side table pour. Both came out very easily despite not using mold release, which isn't recommended for non-approved brands of epoxy, but it's good to know there's margin for error. I think the angled sides really help, so if you cut your pieces with a 5~7 degree angle they'll fit and then release nicely. What I'd change: I wish they had a white mold at a similar price point. The black makes it difficult to judge the color of a translucent pour. I'd also recommend drilling holes in the sides to make a clamping solution similar to what's on the more expensive mold, because just putting weights on HDPE blocks on wood requires a lot of weight for larger projects. Overall, very happy I went with this vs a silicon mold. If I buy another I'd consider the more expensive white mold, but this is an excellent first mold for me.
