I absolutely love the styling of this boot and many of their other designs, and the materials genuinely feel high-quality. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of recurring Quality Control issues. I’ve had to return multiple pairs due to defects, and even the replacement pairs arrived with the same problems. In some cases I had to send a pair back a third time. When I asked if someone could simply hand-inspect a pair before shipping the replacement, I was told the imperfections were “normal,” including uneven stitching and bulges along the sewn areas. They insisted these were not blemishes. I own many high-quality shoes, and I’ve never had soles look like that especially at this price point. Great product design, but the QC process needs serious attention. They fix this they are 5 star.
