I bought these to wear mountain biking in cool weather. They are perfect for this. The gabric us rugged, yet moves comfortably with my body when I ride. For years I’ve ridden with generic mountain bike pants that are always too long and bunch up around my ankles. Being anle to purchase these in a 25” inseam makes all the difference!

Lightweight so maybe not for winter in the northeast. Love the techie ripstop material.
