Love it/Reorder due to shrinkage

This is my second time purchasing this beautiful prayer dress I absolutely love the material and the length. It's flowy, elegant, and perfect for prayer. Unfortunately, my first one shrank after washing, even though I used cold water and hung it to dry, thinking that would be best for the cotton fabric. I reached out to the team for guidance on proper care but didn't receive clear instructions. Despite this, I bought another one because I love it so much. I'm still unsure how to wash it without risking shrinkage, but overall, ! highly recommend this dress for its beauty and comfort.
