David Turner's customer service is absolutely incredible! This was my first bike build I've done on my own, so I had a lot of questions going into it. David was a huge help in steering me in the right direction for components etc. His response time was impressive, often getting back to my emails within an hour. I love the bike! It's a beautiful machine and geometry feels perfect for me. No regrets on this purchase!
