Delivery was fast. The IEM itself is sturdy, and connection is stable. Several silicone tips were offered in the box, but only in S and M size; thus i'm yet to experience a good seal, still looking at aftermarket tip options. Not good for running. Listening at a very small volume, eg. audiobook listening at nighttime, has a weird echoey effect and hiss, but regular daytime listening volumes do not have a noticeable hiss or problems.
