Christkindlmarkt Intense Color & Chrome Palette

lovely palette.

I bought this on Black Friday, but I wanted to give it some time to write a review (and kind of forgot in the mean time). I usually gravitate towards palettes that have more mattes than shimmers, but this one looked so great I had to buy it. the mattes are very smooth, the shimmers are so pretty. I liked how it has the shimmers in a triangular shape, like a Christmas tree, but I think maybe two more mattes would have made the palette perfect for me, to help the red or green matte. 4.5/5

Awesome Color Story

I've never been to the German Christmas Markets, but I follow folks on Youtube who roam the Markets at Christmas time, and IMO, Nomad captures the essence of the Markets in the color story. I'm so in love with the palette, it definitely puts me in the spirit of the season!

Near perfect

I'd give this 5 full stars, but online reviewers show the red turning pink. I did a green look a couple days before Christmas. I didn't even use primer because I was in a hurry, but the quality of the pigment is so good that you don't even need primer. I used "Oh Tannenbaum" (the main green color) and the green-gold shimmer below it and wow! I was really happy with the look. I did a bold smokey look with the shimmer on the lid. Now I can't wait to try the Krampus color for a grunge look.
