Its really nice and smooth the packaging was really good and was packed tightly so it wouldnt break during shipping. came with extra drill bits, A Charger!! and sanding bands the quality of the drill overall is really good i now know why they recommend it for beginners and intermediate nail techs and the price for this drill is 100% worth it in my opinion, one of the best things i think this drill comes with is a WARRANTY!! i bought it from the real melodysusie website and the warranty is for a year i think if you buy it from amazon or somewhere else i think the warranty is 6 months so if it has a malfunction or just stops working anywhere within that time you can get a replacement for free from the company !!

This drill is perfection! I started my nail journey a year ago and decided to upgrade my cheap starter Melody Susie drill to this one and it was the best decision ever!
