Love my new vest but, add hip straps, see below.

I Love my new vest. BUT, I would like to recommend a waist strap to take the load off the shoulders. Before I started having heart problems, I loved to hike and backpack. My backpack had shoulder straps but also a waist strap. This could be easily done by adding 1-1/2'' wide adjustable straps with easy buckles attached to the underside of vest maybe about 4" from the zipper on each side so that when both ends are pulled together and buckled the vest would fit tighter and a lot of the weight would rest on your hips instead of shoulders.

I have been trying to find functional and well designed LVAD apparel to meet my expectations. I have found it with this vest design. Durable, lightweight and comfortable. You almost forget you’re toting the equipment around with the mobility gained through its design and fit. Appears to be accurate with size match, 2XL for me. Very happy!!!!
