They explained it was due to the wrong cardboard being used in shipping, apologized, and immediately refunded my entire order—no hassle at all. They also reassured me the issue has been fixed, which I really appreciated. After washing them, I can confidently say the pajamas themselves are amazing—beautifully made, great quality, soft, and comfortable.
