Glad to finally have a shirt with my official title on it so everyone knows haha

Nice item but paid for Express Post and it took so long to receive item. Emails were answered twice by bots before a person replied. Ordered two shirts and the size of one was incorrect with no reply to a query to fix problem. Show is great, product is great, processes for dispatching products needs improving. I reached out to the customer service desk who sent me a reply paid bag with the intention of sending the right size. It took 2 months to not receive the correct size and to receive a refund. ☹️
