Balls for the Lobster tennis machine

First of all, we love the machine! We do have a slight problem, though, in that sometimes the balls get stuck and we have to turn the machine upside down, dismantle a few parts, and pry the balls out. We thought that by getting balls specifically for the machine, this problem would correct itself, but it hasn't. Once we unstick them, then the machine and balls work fine. It only happens when we first load the machine and turn it on. But the balls are fine.
