Engraved ashes pet charm

Lovely item and friendly service

I recently had a pet ashes charm made and I am really pleased with the quality of the charm and the detail in the inscription. The service was very friendly and compassionate. The instructions for sending the ashes were very clear and easy to follow. It was a little slow between them receiving the ashes and the charm being sent back (had to chase up after 10 days) but I can't fault the bracelet-charm, nor the straightforward and professional service received. Thank-you.
