As a long time user of Power Wizard, I was upset to see that the factory missed putting 2washers on each output stud. Seems pretty minor right? Well without 2 washers on each stud the energized wires to the fence and ground will not b e properly contacted. Being a former user of these products and having several old unitsI have extra washers. A new customer would be setup to fail. Maybe the company should send extra washers with each unit as they are easy to loose!

Excellent product! This is the second one we have purchased. It has done a great job keeping the cattle in.
