If something doesn't suit you, you'll pay for the refund yourself. I accidentally ordered 2 paints of the same color. The company couldn't cancel, although I wrote the next day. For the return, I have to pay myself 22$ (fedex) pigment costs 24$. I don't see any point in sending.
