77352 | Full Stainless Propane Gas Grill

Very disappointed in this product. Although shipping boxes appeared undamaged, virtually every main component was damaged including base, both side pieces and both doors. Since I needed the BBQ for a family event I did the best I could to hammer out the dents and caved in corners so it could be assembled but all components seem very flimsy and cheaply made. The appearance and design of the grill is exceptional but components, packaging and quality control are sorely lacking

Order came in 3 boxes all from different locations, but as advertised the boxes are packed exceptionally well with no damage during shipment. The company is genious to make a Video for each grill it is very helpful, use it is my advice. Absolutely no issues yet, works great so far.

Grill arrived with a couple small dents in the front, but other than that, the grill is fantastic. Looks great, works well, the instructions were easy to follow. Also, the stainless-steel grates themselves are much heavier/thicker than I was expecting. It would be nice if they had included the tool to lift out the grates.
