Hydration - Lemon & Elderflower Triple Pack

Just what I need!

Really like these hydration tablets. They taste neutral, no horrible sugary taste! They’re refreshing, dissolve well and an essential to my morning routine to keep my hydrating through the day

Delicious and hopefully working well

I don't really know how to tell if these Work, but I am using them alternate days because I am doing ADF and I'm feeling good so I'm thinking that actually I have good electrolyte Balance. In addition, they taste really nice.

The first electrolytes I actually like

The first ones I can actually drink. Doesn't taste synthetic like the other brands I've tried. Genuinely just really nice. Does take 2 tablets per drink but still lasts a while
