I absolutely love this. Tastes like watermelon too. Ive never been into these as I always thought it was just a gimmic, but my health nurse said that I could use some!! So I've tried a few, but the salt content really put me off them. So i then came across these and ive never looked back. I can't taste the salt at all and I love the packaging it comes in the orange tube colour is my favourite!!

Only electrolyte that really works

I have tried so many, most are just too fake sweet and don't feel like they work. Hiro has been a game changer for my sport.

The watermelon flavour in particular is really lovely. They are great for sports hydration and amazing at preventing a hangover too! Great product!
