Poor Customer Service

This used to be my favorite shop for dog bows, but my most recent experience was a complete disaster. The Bowzos customer service team offered no support whatsoever in resolving the issue with the carrier. Their response? They claimed they "shipped in good faith" and that whatever happens during transit is out of their control. Well, it's not in the customer’s control either, considering we’re not the ones who made a deal with the carrier. Ridiculous! I would have even paid for a second shipping attempt, but the company didn't bother to offer that option.
