Shoulder Strap

I was introduced to Pound from a fellow disc golfer. What I like was that they are made in Portland and what I thought their warranty was. I ordered a Vagabond about 5 months ago. The original strap was not good, it bunch up in the corner of the strap and dug into my shoulder. Come to find out that was a problem because there is a new version of the strap. With speaking with support online they understand my frustration and they just sent me to a link to PURCHASE the new version of strap. I feel like that they should have sent me a replacement for what I feel was a design flaw with the bag. But I did purchase the new strap and hopefully it works out for me. I just don’t think the situation was handled very well, I like to pay premium price for my outdoor hobbies and expect premium support and quality products. I felt let down through this process.

Great improvement

I didn't think there was anything wrong with the original strap until I received the new one. Stitching it to the strap does help, as well as the conturing, which is an especially nice touch. Thanks Pound team!

An improvement over the factory shoulder strap BUT still slides off my shoulder regularly. At least the shoulder pad stays in the middle of the strap.That'sabout the only real improvement.
