Tank Very Hard To Fill!

Like the growler and how easy it makes carrying the little propane tank. The problem is the tank is incredibly hard to get filled. It seems a common problem that the valve gets stuck and propane won't flow into the tank. I have been advised to slam it down on its base to get valve to open but didn't work. The second time I went to different U-Haul guy he finally got it filled, but t was a pain as had to use short bursts but finally filled. Will be curious when I fill it again if valve is fixed or not. Called Ignix for help and never returned my call.
