Good insole but stiff
The Sole insole works well enough. I’d have easily given it 5 stars if it was slightly less stiff. Does heating it make that much of a difference? If so, I’ll give it a shot. Please let me know.

Short legs
The 5" is the perfect size if you have short legs. The fit is great for the long rides

Not as good as they used to be.
Design has changed (top section). The socks don’t grip the ankle well. Please go back to when the top was more of a “weave” tupe pattern.
