Beleive the hype! This stuff is magic. I have very long untreated hair, and was able to achieve salon perfection after just one use. I have tried it with air drying and blowdrying, and although the results were better with blowdrying, you'll still get great results with air drying. My hair was even manageable after a very fast bike ride!
