I use black spruce with neroli on acupuncture pts that Tiffany showed us in the monthly essential oil series. The protocol she showed us opens me up and grounds me at the same time. The black spruce is great in the diffuser as well. I can see more of what is possible and the experience seems to move me towards a focus on what is important right now.
