High quality tie - delivery as expected. Initialliy A packing error resulted in the wrong tie getting delivered - this issue was corrected timely and conveniently with prepaid USPS - great return option that required so special trips. Replacement sent timely. Ordered tie is great.

I don’t know exactly when I started with Elizabetta maybe 6 months ago but this is my eighth tie and they’re all great.
