Combo: Shot Put & Discus Throw Book and Javelin Throw Book

Great for me

I've been enjoying the combo of books. As a distance coach that has had to design the throws program, these books have been a big help. I'm looking forward to spending more time with them in the offseason to hopefully yield even better results with our young throws crew next year.
