Mama, Auntie, Wifey Etc customizable Sweatshirt

Ordered two sweatshirts, with different applique patterns. One came in correct but the other was wrong. They immediately fixed the issue and resent another out in time for Christmas. However the final product's thread colors didn't look as good (they did not match them like they did on the first shirt). This was my first time ordering. The customer service was great but I'm just not thrilled with the redo end product. Probably wouldn't order again.
