Soapy perfection

First off, I have loved every soap I have tried from ILS! A friend of mine knows the people at ILS and gifted me a few bars, and I officially switched from shower gel to soapy soaps. Bar soap has not been my go to because it can leave my skin feeling stripped and dry. All, and I mean ALL of the ILS bars I have tried smell great, suds up nicely, and leave my skin feeling silky soft. Each bar has some different properties - like this little number has watermelon seeds in the bar for exfoliation, love it. This bar in particular smells really yummy, like candy almost, and my whole bathroom smells amazing after I shower. You won’t regret trying any of their products, and they are really kind and helpful people if you ever need to reach out.

Frustrating Bar of Soap

This bar was frustrating for me. I, and the friends I've shared it with, all found it to be harsh on our skin. I noted that, in spite of the harshness, I was less clean, particularly in areas like underarms or skin with dirt in it. That is, this soap had the worst of both worlds. It is, aesthetically pleasing in texture, look, and smell. But in the couple of weeks of using it, my skin was dry, dirty, and started becoming pimply and slightly rashy from the damage.
