I ordered on June 15 and paid $14.99 for 2-day shipping. I believe anyone purchasing the costly shipping is expecting the item on time. My order was delivered June 25. It has now been over a week I submitted a return request through the company’s stated return process and have not received a response. However, they can quickly respond to my review! But they cannot respond to my customer service of just trying to return the product. I chose this company as i was told they were a small business, though they seem to be big enough to quickly defend their reviews - but not big enough for customer service shall you have issues or need return.
