Love this journal , beautiful and easy to use .

I was recommended this journal by a therapist a few years ago, and finally took the plunge. I'm glad I did! The intro was heartwarming and helpful and the nature of the journal is perfect for me! It lets me forget and come back while staying aligned by adding goals to my day to get to my overarching goal. The digital bundle is perfect for me as I'm working with a budget but have access to a printer. It is helpful to feel like I'm not getting behind due to undated pages. It's especially motivating that I have a chapter of the story that I can complete once I get to a certain point, within my own time frame. Thank you! -A happy ADHD customer

I love this journal I have always had a huge problem with writing. Blank pages have always felt empty and not in the good way. This has aloud me to focus on the day and getting stuff on to the page with out feeling a blank page staring at me wondering how and what I should write.
