FALSE ADVERTISING – DO NOT BUY (and they refuse refunds)

I am writing this review as a warning to future customers and as a formal public demand to this seller. I ordered this dress for my civil ceremony, choosing this brand specifically to support my community. This was my first purchase, and it will be my last. What arrived is not the dress pictured online. That is bait-and-switch. In person, this garment is made of thick, cheap craft vinyl that looks exactly like a white garbage bag. It is completely unwearable for a wedding. The photos on their website are heavily misleading—this dress would look better as a curtain than on a human body. To the seller: You charged me an exorbitant amount for something that cost pennies to make, and your "no refund" policy does not protect you from selling misrepresented goods. Under consumer law, you cannot refuse a refund for a product that is materially different from what was advertised.
