Oreck Commercial Orbiter Cleaner

Horrible experience. The only thing easy was placing the order online. I had to Google to find the phone number. Nothing listed on the website. Order showed paid but unfulfilled for 4 days. After calling I was told that they would get the tracking number AFTER FedEx picked up the package. That’s not how that works! Package arrived 7 days after order and was missing the orbiter but they show everything was delivered. Called and complained and supposedly another new order has been placed but I have no way to confirm. I hope it is worth the hassle to get it!

Good for cleaning not sanding. Poor customer service
