Initially, the order I placed was close to being delivered but then was returned to sender. I emailed MoonRock about the mistake, and they responded letting me know another one would be sent. However, when I received my order it didnt have some of the gems initially included. I emailed back twice tyring to figure out what happened, but I did not get a response. Seems like a good product but everything else was not streamlined
