I was honestly surprised when it tasted so good. I mean it’s sea moss. The benefits are great. I’ve had swelling in my legs for the last 8 years or so and for the first time, it’s gone. I love this stuff. I would’ve given 5 stars but I am disappointed by the amount vs. the cost. Most supple ta give you at least a 30 day supply per bottle, jar, container, etc. The cost for the amount is what’s hard to swallow.
